Herb Fermin, Certified Public Accountant, Principal of Fermin Accounting Practices has over nineteen years of diverse experience in the accounting profession in the area of management, financial accounting, business taxes, financial audits, reviews, compilations, single audits, operational audits, agreed upon-procedures, internal audits, forensic audits, consulting, and income taxes gained in the private industry, public accounting, public sector, and more recently as a sole practitioner.

Mr. Fermin began his career with small privately-owned firms with progressive advancement to regional and international firms.  He has worked closely with middle and top management to implement identified accounting enhancements and improvements with the goal of achieving increased productivity and efficiency in the corporation's accounting department.  His education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Real Estate from UC Berkeley, an MBA in Accounting from Cal Poly Pomona. He holds a Certified Public Accountant and Financial Services Broker designation.  In addition, FAP is a certified SBE. 

Accounting Services Overview:

For new businesses FAP will set-up general ledger accounts for an entity's balance sheet and profit/loss statement based on a firm's accounting system.  Once this has been established, FAP will maintain your company's accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation(s), and special projects on a monthly basis.
